Master SEO Course with Practical Training & Real Projects

Course At a Glance Duration: 8 Weeks | Mode: Online Live + Offline | Certificate: Yes | Internship: 6 months | Tools: GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console, Surfer SEO

What Is SEO Course and Why Learning It in 2026 Is Different?

SEO — search engine optimisation — is the process of improving a website so that it appears at the top of Google and other search engines for queries your audience is actually typing. When a user searches for "best accounting software for small business" and selects an organic result, SEO is responsible for that click.

In 2026, SEO is not just about putting keywords in the right places. Google now uses AI systems — including RankBrain, MUM, and Gemini-powered features — to understand context, intent, and the quality of information behind a page. This means modern SEO is about genuinely understanding what a user wants, creating content that satisfies that intent, and making sure the technical foundation of a website allows Google to trust it.

What this means practically is that today's SEO professional needs to understand three things deeply: how Google discovers, crawls, indexes, and ranks pages and what breaks each of these stages; how to research what people are actually searching for and what they genuinely want when they search it; and how to create and structure content that is more useful, more trustworthy, and more complete than what currently ranks.

This is why our course goes deep into all three areas — not just one.

Who This SEO Course Is For?

Freshers and Recent Graduates If you are just starting out and want a career in digital marketing, SEO Class is one of the best entry points. Companies hire SEO executives right out of college if you have practical skills and a portfolio to show. This course gives you both. Most of our students who joined as freshers found their first SEO role within 60 to 90 days of completing the course.

Working Professionals Switching Careers If you are working in marketing, content writing, sales, or any field adjacent to digital and want to move into this profession, this SEO Courses is structured to work alongside a job. Classes run 3 days a week in the evening, recorded sessions are available for all live classes, and the weekly assignments can be completed in 2 to 3 hours.

Business Owners and Entrepreneurs If you run a business and want to stop depending on agencies or freelancers whose work you cannot evaluate, this course will give you enough knowledge to either do your own SEO or hire and manage someone who does it for you. Several of our students are business owners who now audit their own agency's monthly reports.

Content Writers and Bloggers If you write content professionally or run a blog and want to understand why your content is not ranking despite being well-written, this course will fix that. There is a specific module on SEO-led content strategy, search intent, and how to write content that ranks — not just content that reads well.

Full 8-Week Course Curriculum — Module by Module

Every module below is based on work I have done for real clients. The exercises are not made-up scenarios — they use live websites, real Search Console accounts, and tools you will continue using professionally after the course ends.

Week 1 — How Search Engines Actually Work

Before touching a keyword or writing a single meta tag, you need to understand how Google actually reads and evaluates websites. This week builds the foundation that makes everything else make sense.

You will learn how Googlebot crawls the web and what blocks it, the difference between crawling, indexing, and ranking and why each can fail independently, how Google's core algorithm evaluates page quality, and an introduction to E-E-A-T — Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness. You will set up Google Search Console for your practice site live in class and read your first Coverage report to understand what errors actually mean.

Week 1 Assignment: Submit your practice website's URL to Google, verify coverage in Search Console, and identify any indexing issues present.

Week 2 — Keyword Research: Finding What People Actually Search

Keyword research is the most underestimated SEO skills. Most beginners pick keywords based on what they think people search. That almost never works. This week teaches you how to find keywords based on data — and how to understand the intent behind each keyword.

You will learn about search volume, keyword difficulty, and CPC and which metric matters most for your goal. You will understand short-tail vs long-tail keywords and when to target which. The most important concept this week is search intent — informational, navigational, transactional, commercial — and how to match content to intent. You will work with Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs Keywords Explorer, and Semrush Keyword Magic Tool, find competitor keywords your website is not ranking for through keyword gap analysis, and build a complete keyword map assigning target keywords to specific pages.

Week 2 Assignment: Build a complete keyword map for your practice site with 20+ target keywords, intent classification, and page assignments.

Week 3 — On-Page SEO: Optimising Every Element of a Page

On-page SEO goes far deeper than title tags and meta descriptions. This week covers every on-page element — and importantly, why each one matters, not just what it is.

Topics include title tags with a focus on length, keyword placement, and click-through rate optimisation; meta descriptions and how to write them for CTR even when Google rewrites them; H1, H2, H3 heading structure and how to use it for both users and crawlers; URL structure, slugs, and how to handle URL changes without losing rankings; image optimisation covering file names, alt text, WebP format, and lazy loading; internal linking and how to build PageRank flow through your own site; schema markup and adding structured data for rich results including FAQ, Article, Course, and Product; and content quality signals like comprehensiveness, uniqueness, and freshness.

Week 3 Assignment: Full on-page audit of 5 pages on your practice site using Screaming Frog, with all identified issues fixed live during class.

Week 4 — Technical SEO: The Foundation Everything Else Stands On

Technical SEO is where many SEO courses fall short because it requires actually working with websites, not just reading about them. This week is entirely hands-on.

You will audit site speed and Core Web Vitals — LCP, CLS, INP — and understand how to fix each one. You will learn mobile-first indexing and how to audit and fix mobile experience issues. The week covers HTTPS, canonicals, and redirect chains; XML sitemaps including creating, submitting, and reading errors; robots.txt and what to block and what never to block; log file analysis basics to see what Googlebot is actually doing on your site; JavaScript SEO and what gets rendered vs missed; and a full Screaming Frog live walkthrough where you run a complete technical audit.

Week 4 Assignment: Run a complete technical audit using Screaming Frog on your site and create a prioritised fix list with estimated impact for each issue.

Week 5 — Content Strategy and SEO Writing

Creating content that ranks requires understanding what already ranks and why. This week teaches you how to reverse-engineer top-ranking pages and produce content that is genuinely better — not just longer.

You will learn SERP analysis and how to understand who ranks and what type of content wins for each keyword; how to create content briefs that give writers everything they need; how to write for search intent and engagement at the same time; how to use Surfer SEO for NLP-based content optimisation; content refresh strategy — identifying and updating pages with ranking decay; the differences in SEO requirements between blog posts, landing pages, and product pages; and how to structure FAQs, tables, and content to win featured snippets.

Week 5 Assignment: Write one fully optimised SEO article from scratch using a keyword from your Week 2 keyword map, with a complete content brief.

Week 6 — Off-Page SEO and Link Building

Links remain one of Google's strongest ranking signals. But earning links that actually help requires strategy, not mass outreach. This week teaches you how real link building works in 2026.

You will understand why links matter from the perspective of PageRank, authority, and trust signals. You will learn the difference between links that help and links that hurt. The module covers digital PR and earning editorial links through newsworthy content; guest posting and how to identify quality opportunities and pitch successfully; resource link building and broken link building; competitor backlink analysis using Ahrefs; link auditing and how to identify and disavow toxic backlinks; and local SEO including Google Business Profile optimisation and NAP consistency.

Week 6 Assignment: Analyse your competitor's backlink profile in Ahrefs and identify 10 realistic link building opportunities with outreach templates written for each.

Week 7 — Analytics, Reporting, and Measuring SEO Performance

SEO without measurement is guessing. This week teaches you how to connect your work to business outcomes — which is what separates an SEO executive who gets promoted from one who gets replaced.

You will do a deep dive into Google Search Console — impressions, clicks, CTR, average position — and learn what to actually act on. You will set up GA4 for SEO with organic traffic segments, landing page reports, and conversion tracking. You will connect GSC to GA4 to see keyword data alongside engagement metrics, build an SEO dashboard covering what to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly, learn how to report to stakeholders by translating SEO data into business language, understand how to diagnose traffic drops systematically, and set realistic ranking timelines and manage expectations.

Week 7 Assignment: Build a complete monthly SEO report for your practice site using GA4 and Search Console data, formatted for a client or manager audience.

Week 8 — AI Tools in SEO + Live Project Review

The final week focuses on how AI tools are changing SEO workflows — both the opportunities and the risks — and reviews every student's project work with personalised feedback.

You will learn how Google AI Overviews are changing click-through rates and what to do about it; how to use ChatGPT and Claude for keyword clustering, content ideation, and meta tag generation; where AI writing tools help and where they create E-E-A-T risks; Screaming Frog AI features and Semrush AI writing integration; and voice search and conversational query optimisation. Each student then presents their 8-week project and receives personalised feedback from the trainer.

Final Project Submission: Full SEO audit, keyword strategy, 3-month content calendar, and link building plan for a real website. This becomes your portfolio piece.

Why Most SEO Courses Fail You?

When I started learning SEO back in 2018, I wasted four months on a course that taught me theory — keyword density percentages, meta tag rules from 2015, and how search engines technically crawl pages. I passed the quiz at the end. I could not rank a single page.

The problem was not that I was a bad student. The problem was that the course never made me actually do SEO. I never opened Google Search Console during the course. I never found a real keyword and wrote a page around it. I never audited a live website and watched rankings move.

That experience is exactly why Tyariexamki's SEO course is built the way it is. From Week 1, you work on real websites. By Week 4, you will have already made changes that can be verified in Google Search Console. By Week 8, you will have a portfolio of real SEO work — not certificates, not theory notes, not practice exercises on dummy URLs.

This page will tell you exactly what you will learn, how the training works, who it is for, and what you can realistically expect after completing it. No vague promises. No inflated claims.

About Tyariexamki — Transforming Education Since 2014

Tyariexamki was founded in 2014 with a focus on competitive exam preparation. Over the past decade we expanded into skill development and career-focused courses as we saw students needing not just exam knowledge but job-ready skills.

Our SEO and digital marketing courses in Rajouri Garden are taught by practitioners — people who run actual SEO campaigns for real businesses, not instructors who only teach. Ankita Sharma, who leads this course, manages SEO campaigns for 6+ active clients while teaching. The curriculum is updated every quarter to reflect algorithm changes, new tools, and shifts in how Google ranks content.

Since 2022, over 1,800 students have enrolled in our digital marketing and SEO courses. We are proud of the outcomes because every student who completes this course walks away with a portfolio of real work they built themselves.
